Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions carry specific meanings.

Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jh99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Transactions through any method not listed above are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:

• Your account is fully verified.
• The wagering requirements of any deposit-related bonus have been met.
• The withdrawal amount is a minimum of ৳800.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus applies to the first deposit only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• jh99 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Bonuses apply to one account only — claiming bonuses across multiple accounts will be blocked.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in permanent account closure.

Gaming Rules

6.2 Technical Issues

6.3 Automated Software Prohibited

The use of bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any other automated software to play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.

VIP & Loyalty Program

Prohibited Activities
